At Château Mukhrani everything starts in our Estate vineyards. Every parcel, every raw is looked after closely. We have a strict plantation policy whereas the density of wines never exceeds 2,700 vine stocks per hectare. Thus, our grapes fully benefit from our fertile soil, from the sun exposure to get the perfect growth conditions. Today, the Company owns 100 hectares of vineyards planted with local endemic and international varieties and the Winery which is furnished with modern winemaking equipment. The vineyards occupy 23 parcels of land, amounting to 100 hectares adjacent the Château itself. Here vines have been cultivated for centuries.

At Chateau Mukhrani, the estate vineyards all meet a strict plantation policy: the vine density never exceeds 2,700 stocks per hectare. The company's 100 hectares are planted with local, endemic, and international varieties over 23 parcels of land; the are is on a strip of low-land between the Caucasus and Trialeti Ranges, in the valley of the Ksani and Aragvi Rivers.

Geologically, the parcels of land are made up of layers of alluvial and diluvial loamy strata. Mukhrani is characterized by medium to hot summers and a long active growing period. The average annual temperature is 10.8 C, and the region experiences about 660 mm of rainfall, 430 mm of which occurs during the growth season.

Chateau Mukhrani is home to the "Samepo Marani 1878" restaurant, which resides in a historical monument that reflects the architectural and culinary arts of the late 19th century. The date "1878" refers to the filling of the first bottled Mukhrani wine by Ivane Mukhranbatoni. Royal recipes from this time period are featured using fresh, local ingredients with wine recommendations for each dish.
