Ten years ago, Alex Motserelia of Georgia met Bruno Giroud of France. Their love of nature and farming in addition to their passion for wine led them to invest in the Kakheti region. Chateau Bruale and Cap Georgia collaborate to create fine wines, as well as a local slice of education and hospitality. Their wines are made exclusively in qvevri, the traditional vinification method. In 2017, the crop yielded 9,000 bottles of Sapervi and 15,000 bottles of Rkatsiteli-Mtsvane.
