Dasabami Cellar was built by the owner’s (Zaza Darsavelidze) grandfather. Wines are made in the traditional Georgian method, in qvevri. Annual production between 2500-3000 bottles.
Currently, Dasabami Cellar has the following natural qvevri wines available: Tavkveri (2017), Rkatsiteli (2010, 2013, 2014, 2016),Mtsvane (2012, 2016), Khikhvi (2017).
Located in Lower Kartli, in the village of Tamaris.
Dasabami Winery owns 1ha vineyard and grows Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Khikhvi white grape varietals, as well as Tavkveri, a red grape varietal. Organic viticultural practices are used in vineyard farming techniques.
