Khvanchkara is a semi-sweet red wine of appellation of controlled origin (AOC), made with grapes Aleksandrouli and Mujuretuli, grown in the Khvanchkara micro-viticulture area of the Racha-Lechkhumi region of Georgia.
The wine is a dark ruby-colored, tender mild and with well balanced sweetness and acidity, which makes it especially piquant. The wine is rich with raspberry, ripe plum and cherry tones, which is an excellent and inimitable combination.
